Guarantee on our tires

The Avocars Road Hazard Protection covers accidental tire damage from unexpected road conditions such as potholes, nails, glass, or road debris.

This protection is automatically included when you buy a set of 4 eligible tires and remains valid for 24 months or until tread reaches 2/32", whichever comes first.

If the tire can be repaired, reasonable repair costs may be reimbursed. If it is irreparable, we may offer a replacement or credit based on the original purchase price and remaining usable tread, subject to inspection.

All tires sold by Avocars are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials — the same coverage you would receive from a dealership or local tire retailer.

If a tire has a manufacturing defect or cannot be properly balanced during installation, we will replace it with a new tire at no additional product cost (standard install fees from the shop may still apply). Defects that appear during the first year of use are handled under the brand's warranty policy.

Many models also include a limited treadwear mileage warranty (often 60,000–80,000 km depending on the tire). Check the product page for the specific figure for your set.

When you purchase through Find Your Match (year, make, model, and trim), we guarantee the size is appropriate for that vehicle configuration.

If the tires do not fit as specified, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused tires in original condition are eligible for a free size exchange. Return shipping for fitment errors is covered by Avocars.
